I'm a bit puzzled that Pecci's wife Claudia was spared. She said they were approached by two men on a private beach near their hotel, and one of the men later shot Pecci.

Milei sacked FM Diana Mondino, who voted in favor of lifting the USA economic embargo on Cuba at the UN, and stated that Argentina remains "categorically opposed to the Cuban dictatorship."
Only the USA and Israel voted to oppose the resolution, and it's the first time during Milei's term that Argentina has not aligned with the USA and Israeli governments.
